Very poor experience at this FedEx location. I was told by FedEx customer service that my QR code could be scanned for a return, but the short black lady refused and insisted I print a label instead. The interaction was rude and unprofessional. Staff should be better trained to assist customers and communicate policies respectfully. She don’t have basic manners to talk with customers.

I personally had not one issue upon this location, as matter of fact the representative of the store was very diligent and genuine for had tending with me moment I walked in through the doors as his own line up to his store he had briefly put on hold just to make my visit and experience at this particular fed ex store representative a very swift and awesome effective visit. Great service
