Worst company ever. All the drivers are lazy
Very poor experience at this FedEx location. I was told by FedEx customer service that my QR code could be scanned for a return, but the short black lady refused and insisted I print a label instead. The interaction was rude and unprofessional. Staff should be better trained to assist customers and communicate policies respectfully. She don’t have basic manners to talk with customers.
One can drop off temu return here
Worst customer service They charge for god damn tape that too 5 dollars
