Absolutely horrible dealing with them. They called me last Thursday when they delivered my package to the wrong address (mind you this is my dogs medicine ) it’s now Wednesday the following week and ITS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND. They said it’d be here the next day. I’m absolutely disgusted with the lack of communication. If you call the number they have listed the person you talk to isn’t on site and won’t give you a direct number. So, I’ll be driving 1.5 hours away today to try and find my baby’s medicine. So many issues. The latest issue is a box of frozen food that has had daily delivery "attempts" for 4 days. I have cameras and my house has a gate, so I have actual proof that no delivery has been attempted. Today, they marked they were going to return the package to sender and I was told I am not allowed to pick up packages at the location. It's ridiculous. Also, apparently the driver or someone is indicating that I requested a later delivery date. I don't even know how to do that, nor would I - specifically on frozen food ... read more
I really believe that FedEx is the worst way to receive packages! My package would stay at 1 place for 3 or 4 days and it stopped at 6 different places! Why FedEx Why!!
