FedEx is lying about their service about dropping to your door step, meanwhile the driver never show up and lie about no one is there to receive the package and made me go to a drop off location to pick it up! I am so mad, not only that the drop off location’s customer service is horrible, with bad attitude too! This pickups location have no signs and they keeps on giving me and my kids hard times about picking up the package. Never give them your info. They pretend to help you, saying oh give me your name and address and phone number and I will contact you. But really they are taking down your info so next time you come or call, they can ignore you by giving you the runaround. Absolute scum liars.
Very polite staff. Lots of parking. Expensive service, but we need to use it at times.
