Bad service. First, clerk refuses to lend me tape, which is fine. Then the clerk ask me to type in my email address on a keyboard with the computer screen faced away from me. Before I finished typing, he abruptly took the keyboard away from me and just finished the input himself. Then asks immediately if I got a confirmation email, which I didn't. Then he asks if I typed in the email correctly. To which , I responded that you didn't give me a chance to finish or check the half-typed email. It is just very odd
Terrible experience. They claim to close at 6:00 PM, but I arrived at 5:45 PM and they were already closed. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I strongly recommend not choosing this location for package pickup. As I’m writing this, it’s 10:10 AM and they’re supposed to be open, yet they’re still closed. I hope the owner takes a closer look at the staff responsible for operating this location, as their lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
