Terrible experience. They claim to close at 6:00 PM, but I arrived at 5:45 PM and they were already closed. Customer service clearly isn’t a priority here. I strongly recommend not choosing this location for package pickup. As I’m writing this, it’s 10:10 AM and they’re supposed to be open, yet they’re still closed. I hope the owner takes a closer look at the staff responsible for operating this location, as their lack of professionalism reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
