We had a very positive experience at Fedex. We had to scan documents and then either email or fax them. The customer service person who helped us was wonderful. He walked us through the process, and advised us on the best way to send them (which turned out to be email). We were unfamiliar with this technology, and we could not have done it without his help. I was very impressed by his professionalism and genuine interest in helping us. Highly recommended!
