You should avoid this Fedex onsite at all cost. Better going to the actual Fedex store. I dropped the package off, 2 weeks later the package was still at the store, and had NOT been shipped out. It’s such a terrible experience.
I called to tell them that two packages were delivered to our house that don’t belong to us but had to choose from a menu that didn’t include my problem. Called again and made more progress but the final recording I got said to call back later. They can’t answer their phone?!?
You will have better luck dropping at a different location. Unable to take any Fed Ex packages/returns unless they are professionally sealed and labeled.
