I had a tracking number that for whatever reason wasn't showing up online for me. Calling FedEx Customer Service was no help once they heard pkg was being shipped from Costco since it is a 'secured shipment'. Ok- it should be secured no matter what, correct? So even with a tracking number, FedEx couldn't help me and deferred me to Costco. Costco says FedEx wasn't scanning to update the system. Hmmmm could it be that too many packages were being delivered as empty boxes? ( see Reddit posts) and Costco is blaming FedEd or FedE... read more
