We ordered a package, and it was sent via FedEx. It would have been "delivered" quickly but we could not find it. Our email said " dropped at a neighbor or reception" after calling my neighbors nothing was found. After 4 days of trying to call and speak with an actual person, dealing with the online person, and calling the 2 warehouses in town still nothing. I finally put a claim in that my package was missing. 3 days later I got an email back saying they had given the parcel to Canada Post, and it would be at our local CDN ... read more
There txting app works ok but told me my package would be here on monday be 5pm its now tuesday 2:45pm. The store cant help out as they are primarily a paintshop and are only a drop station for fedex so its a waiting game. The shop was kind enuff to give me there nummber and let me know they receive a shipment once a day between 12pm and 2PM and if i call they will inform me as soon as it is there ;)
