FedEx in general is HORRIBLE. They have tried to deliver to my work place and odd hours. They came to deliver a package while the office was open but saw the back warehouse closed and never came to the front door. So ridiculous. Next delivery was left at the business 2 doors down. The only consistency with them is being inconsistent and beyone fustrating, UPS is so much better.
It's a small place..not too busy and makes it really simple
I am giving one star because I can’t give them a 0 this place lost my package worth $260 dollars and now, nobody knows what in the hell happened to my package! All this drivers know to do very well is being on their phone instead of paying attention to their job. I refused using FedEx!
