You have to wait a lot in line, even if you're dropping off something, you still have to wait
You all need to retrain your employees. I walked in, and both employees were helping other customers. Which was fine. I was just dropping off a package with a prepaid lable. Some girl comes out from the back and asks if I need help. Sure, I'm dropping off a package. Now it had the battery symbols and stuff on the box, as they do when you send something electronic like a cell phone or apple watch whetever. She proceeds to ask me if what I'm sending is OK to send.
