The in-store experience was fast and mission getting my package delivered, completed. The phone rep. awesome, too! Continue to provide great services. I would like you to consider asking customers if they would like paper or email or both. It was problem getting an email receipt after a certain point of transaction. Anyway, great job!

Terrible costumer service, the blond 20-ish year old guy working here was so rude and asked me what was inside my package, which is such a violation of privacy. I said a medical test and he pointed at a prohibited substance poster and said they don’t take it. After looking over the sign, it didn’t say a single thing about tests, and I pointed that out to him. He just said they couldn’t take it.
