Fed ex place to drop off, great! But Fed Ex makes you drive 30 mins away (hour round trip) to go get a package. And then great, I didn’t have the correct documentation to support a pickup so all wasted time. Customer service didn’t even try to help or advise further.
This has to be one of the WORST SERVICE EVER.... ZERO STARS BECAUSE OF (see photo) been home all day waiting for a package and no trucks ever come up my street
Damaged package. Sent to wrong address. My address is clearly west, NOT sw! Got lucky people living at other address knows me. If they didn't, I would have lost the package.
