No one was at the desk- had to wait with 3 other people for 10 minutes. Then the “printer was down” so they couldn’t process a return. Just absolutely abysmal customer service
Claimed they were open 8AM to 10PM every day, which was bogus; it's inside the store so it follows store hours. Wasted a Sunday morning trip since the doors were locked at 8:15.

These people that deliver the packages dont read the address...always getting other people's packages...they need too learn too read the addresses
