Fedex automation does not work other than guestions already answered on website. Automation will not connect to live person making it useless. My package seems to be setting in a location which has no fedex warehouse location for two days. I give fedex ground the worst of reviews.
I knew it before i walked in. The employee had no idea they were a drop off location or what to do with a package. I wouldn't drop off a bad idea at Dollar General let alone something of value, I went thinking they may have had a secure drop box, nope. The only place in town that used to be a FedEx drop off stated "we no longer use them because they are so unreliable". Yep, I guess I discovered why they use Dollar Trash, I mean General. Btw the DG was filthy and smelled like a dogs feet.
