Went here for a drop off around 2 pm. But the shop was closed with the open sign lit. Called the store phone and the one who picked up told me they were out on a 30 min break. I came back after an hour and still the same locked doors and this time no one answered the phone either.

This location is just a pick up and drop off location. The gentleman told me the labels have to be printed packed at home they do not provide any services. Fedex is one of the greed shipping company where you can ship products and receive products through them, most of the time all shipments are insured and delivered with care.

"This location serves as a convenient pick-up and drop-off point for FedEx, saving us the hassle of driving 5km to the main FedEx headquarters. The manager here was very helpful and provided clear information about the services available. It’s great to have a local option for shipping pick up and drop off needs! I don't know why the other are complaining

Cannot get a rep on phone . Typed in tracking and the service you hzve keeps getting it wrong and telling me they cannot find the number

Tl;dr: FedEX clerk gaslit and gatekept my package for a whole 40 minute ordeal 🫠 Went to pick up a parcel that had arrived two days ago. I provided the clerk (Malek) my name and the package tracking number, and he brought me over to a selection of parcels that were puled on the floor. He then proceeded to pick up packages and have me read them to see if they were mine. I didn't see my name and asked if they had any packages that had arrived two days ago.
