Clerk made me wait too long. First he said package was not delivered at that location. But I told him FedEx said it was dropped off in that store. After 20 min he found it. Then gave me a hard time producing identification. He didn’t accept driver’s license. We had to call my manager. That was the third time I went there because the location was closed all the time. Bad experience I’m not going back.

Went here for a drop off around 2 pm. But the shop was closed with the open sign lit. Called the store phone and the one who picked up told me they were out on a 30 min break. I came back after an hour and still the same locked doors and this time no one answered the phone either.
