I went to this fed ex twice in one day with heavy packages to be turned away twice. 1st time was told they could not help with FedEx QR code my company gave me, that I needed actual printed label to ship items at their location. They don't have a way to print any labels based of QR codes. Ok fine. Then, I was told if package was too large they also couldn't take it. Asked what restrictions were, was told no ion batteries and nothing bigger than 50 lbs. I asked if any other restrictions, was told no. Fine. I home get labels, ... read more
