Itryedd 3 now, Already I saw African man walking around like he was confused on the wrong side I didn't see,any FedEx truck carring a package,could him.
These guys have the laziest drivers I've ever encountered. If a package is even slightly heavy, they just drop it wherever they please instead of bringing it to the front door. And when it comes to pickups, if the item is heavy, they simply claim no one was home.
Package didn’t come. I call to figure it out, Sat on hold for 2 hours. Classic Baton Rouge ran store.
Staff didn't know how to scan and print prepaid label for me. Have never had a problem with this at any location I have taken packages to. Very disappointed and this was after I waited for almost ten minutes for someone to come to the front cash station.
