Great service and good customer service
I had a very disappointing experience at this FedEx OnSite location. Over the past two months, every time Fedex customers visited to print a FedEx shipping label, the employees claimed that their printer was not working or that it was “out of service.” On my most recent visit, I had already spent time finding parking. After showing them my FedEx confirmation message, both employees refused to print my label, again saying the printer was not working. Arrived 13 mins before closing and they were closed. Door sign says they close at 6PM vs what the hours on Google currently says
Couldn't drop off a FedEx package because their scanner wasn't working. Didnt offer any help to print the label. Poor service
