I get so tired of getting transferred to India.
Never delivers packages!
Took weeks to deliver a package, there were 2 parts to the package. I couldn’t get through to the actual store and customer service refused to give me the number. I was promised day after day it would be delivered. We finally got one package, a week later the second order was delivered. They pulled down into my yard and created a mess. They ripped up my yard. I had to call yet again and I was basically told I was out of luck. FedEx you are a mess!!!
FedEx is the absolute worst. Apparently there is no way to file a complaint with the company. No way to leave a review for the Lincolnton delivery center. Don’t ship with FedEx if you have a home built within the past 5 years. Extremely frustrating. Can’t get anywhere with anyone on the phone. Packages never show or are days-weeks late. They keep changing my address to another one which doesn’t make sense. Then they tell me to contact the shipper- what are they going to do? The shipper has the correct address.
