The driver is totally rude. He delivers my business packages to the front door of my home while blocking access to my business. Delivery signs don't mean a thing to him. Perishable packages left in the sun or rain. He doesn't care. The delivery door to my business is a 100' away with people to unload. He doesn't care. You talk to him. He ignores you. He won't even look you in eye. I call FedEx to complain. They hook you up with a customer survey, then hang up. Very poor service.
