Although the Walgreens drop-off location was short-staffed, the employees were very friendly, helpful, and apologetic. You receive an immediate tracking number, which is very helpful!
FedEx was located inside of Walgreens where I received excellent service from the employee that went above and beyond to help me print out a label to ship back an unwanted item which was not even in her job description yet done without hesitant and never made me feel as if I was a nuisance or making her have any her
