I went to Walgreens because Fed Ex's website said they could help me. Total waste of time. These "on site" locations are useless unless dropping off a package. Employees untrained and useless. Equipment unable to email or fax documents. FedEx is harming their image by putting their name in them. I was unable to keep my insurance active because of this issue. Fedex/Walgreens cost me hundreds. Never Again.
