Staff member refused to scan a FedEx parcel despite the parcel being boxed and properly labeled. Staff is untrained and rude. Took the same parcel to Walgreens where there was zero pushback or complaints and it scanned with no issue. Staff member further indicated they can only accept express and ground parcels ONLY. Meaning returns and standard FedEx mail cannot be accepted. Please train staff on how to accept FedEx parcels as well as how they talk and treat customers.
