Based on the FedEx site showing this as a drop-off site, walked in with a labeled package. All I needed to do was drop it off. The guy at the register had to go talk to his manager. He came back and told me they 'weren't set up yet'. What kind of setup is required for a sealed, labeled package? All that I need is FedEx to pick the box up.
