Voice machine did not understand my accent, and what I needed to do was not listed. So frustrating.
I called the number listed for this location to see if they accepted USPS drop-offs, but was sent to an automated service that asked me questions before sending me to a service desk that handled generic calls. The lady over the phone prompted me to state my first and last name (for no reason), which was how I knew I wasn’t calling the local shop.
