This location has extremely rude employees with completely poor customer service. I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE UTILIZE THIS LOCATION. For any Amazon returns requiring a drop off at FedEx, I will continue to drive across town to the Military Ave location, where they pride themselves on being friendly and providing needed customer service.
