Previously I had good experiences at this location, but service has become terrible. Not only Google but also FedEX's own website lists the FedEx OnSite hours as 9am to 8pm. This location now closes its shipping at 6pm without updating its official hours. Not only that, but I got to the store with 5 minutes to spare and the lady begrugenly scanned my item. Very professional and courteous staff. Patient and polite. They even offer to provide tracking via email or phone which is nice. If you don't want to wait too long in-line, go during off hours or when there isn't a megajackpot lottery drawing :)
The Star Market Customer Service desk is extremely fast and professional with FedEx drop offs. Each time, it's taken less than a minute and it's secure.
