I was told that I needed to drop off my package before 4pm to have it go out that day. I dropped it off before 11am and it still wasn’t picked up until the next day. As such, it didn’t make it to the destination until after the weekend (it was supposed to be Saturday delivery for a birthday). Saturday delivery was what was paid for. Very disappointing.
