Not an actual fedex drop off. Even though FedEx policy’s stated they accept drop offs that only take the drop offs they want. This is the 2nd location for drop off that makes their own rules about what they take or don’t take. Don’t use this location if you need to ship
I tried calling this location to get information about shipping a valuable vintage item. It's the same story, a computerized phone cue leading nowhere. I can't get to a human. I spent 10 minutes going round and round and round. When will these companies learn that this is no way to do business!
