I tried calling this location to get information about shipping a valuable vintage item. It's the same story, a computerized phone cue leading nowhere. I can't get to a human. I spent 10 minutes going round and round and round. When will these companies learn that this is no way to do business!

Can’t print labels here anymore to return Fed ex items. Wouldn’t print it either. They said they don’t know the password anymore to get into the system.
