This is for all FedEx not just this store. I ordered a product from a website and my package was supposed to be delivered between the 16th and 21st and yet nothing. FedEx customer service said they would call me with an update which they never did. Then today the product tracking number said out for delivery and yet it still didn't even arrive today. Do not, I repeat do not so any business with FedEx, especially if you want your package to arrive on time. They are late by 8 to 13 days not.

had a disappointing experience at this FedEx location. There were no other employees available to assist, and the one employee present was unhelpful. When I asked for help with the copier, she refused, took a personal call, and walked away, leaving me stranded. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of support is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this issue

I’ve used this facility three times for dropping packages. Each time, there was no one at the pack and ship station when I walked through the door. Strangely, though, by the time I walked up to the counter, an agent of FedEx had suddenly materialized, as if by magic. They met me with smiles and warm greetings, inquired as to my needs, then quickly and efficiently took care of business before asking if they could be of further assistance.
