Was made to wait only to be interrupted twice when telling them how I was needing to ship the items. They couldn't even help me get them shipped. At least the employee had it in them to throw a "you too" my way when I told them to have a nice day.
My package was dropped off at the wrong address I live in a house with a white door and my package was dropped off at an apartment with 2 green doors
This is for all FedEx not just this store. I ordered a product from a website and my package was supposed to be delivered between the 16th and 21st and yet nothing. FedEx customer service said they would call me with an update which they never did. Then today the product tracking number said out for delivery and yet it still didn't even arrive today. Do not, I repeat do not so any business with FedEx, especially if you want your package to arrive on time. They are late by 8 to 13 days not.
