I took a prepackaged Brooks Shoes return this past Sunday that had it’s label already prepared and on the package and neither employee knew how to accept the package. They said the label couldn’t be scanned and I should get a new label. The following day I took the same package to the Fed Ex store 2 miles away and they had no problem scanning and shipping it. The employee at Fed Ex said the Dollar Store employees didn’t know what they were doing. Why have a FedEx drip off if the employees don’t know what to do?
Handy for sure. Not sure why they don’t all take fed ex
I did not know that our local Dollar General took Fed Ex packages. The person took my package. The scanner was being used for some guys checking in some soda, however the person took my email and said he would email my ability to track the package. It all worked out fine.

It was easy to have the package shipped.
