They knocked on my door when my package was delivered and sent me a text sayin that the package was delivered
They ship and deliver lightning fast! Packages always arrive on the delivery date which to me is very important since the USPS service this past year is unreliable! I kid you not it took a MONTH for my friend in Texas to get a simple letter from here in Michigan and the packages i mail to others with USPS is horrible! It takes weeks! sometimes longer, Todays FedEx is yesterdays post office! I can always count on FedEx!
Deliver driver knocked on my door to ask about a package and wasn't wearing a mask while we're in the middle of a global pandemic. On top of that, he continued to hold open my screen door to make it so I had no barrier of protection between him and I. I can't say for sure if it was this location or another one in Bay City that has the unmasked driver, but this is the closest location to our house. I'm very disappointed with FEDEX as a whole and will not be going through them again.
