Easy, walked into the store and found the store. Was helped by associates almost immediately, scanned my qr code and got a confirmation less than 5 minutes later.
They couldn't scan my QR code so label printing was broken, had to go someplace else
They can’t accept unboxed drop offs. You have to buy your own box. The fedex area isn’t labeled at all.
