Delayed my package three times and i still haven’t recovered it
My package got delayed twice, and they blamed it on the weather. Granted the weather is perfectly fine, the sun is shining, and the roads are clear. I don’t know if the driver is running out of time and marking his packages undeliverable so he can get off earlier or what but this is ridiculous.
Driver Zachary gave 0 effort to properly deliver my package. Threw my package at a random doorstep no where near my building! I had to run around for 20 minutes trying to find my package. This is not something new with fedex, past three shipments from them end in a wild goose chase. Thanks for absolutely nothing Zachary. #defundfedex
