NOT PLEASED. I own a business and have fresh flowers delivered very often. Today I got another delivered attempt at 1:46pm and 1:51pm and when I looked at the time it said 1:04pm….how can that be? Spoke to customer service and got a “well it’s a automatic thing” no no it’s not. You said attempted to deliver no one home or business closed. Nope you never came to this address today we have been home all morning. Maybe if you aren't going to deliver that day then just don't put out for delivery

It said my package was out for delivery two days in a row. Both days it said they never attempted to deliver the package. I called FedEx twice to see what was going on with absolutely no help. I was told someone would call me back (no call back of course). I was told by fedex that I should reach out to the company that sent the box to ask them what is going on.
