Robot will not give a real person. Package is of a medical nature and is suposed to be pickuped at my door according to company that sent it Fedex will not comply. Terrible service
Helpful & courteous staff.
Have been hung up on 3 times by the robots trying to get customer service. Got a picture of my package delivery… it’s not my house!
