FedEx has demonstrated a complete lack of caring for their customers. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered today by them. It was delivered to the wrong apartment in my complex as evidence by the photo on their site. But because of the narrow angle of the photo, I can’t tell what building number. The driver was too lazy to look at building numbers when he dropped it off. He just dropped it and ran. Today at 11:29 A.M. on Progress Dr. in Springfield, Ohio a FedEx truck coming out of a business nearly hit my $72,000 vehicle. He was not even looking for traffic so I had to swerve and honk to not be hit by the driver. When I honked they stopped and honked back like I was the one in the wrong. Worst delivery company in history. Man if he would've hit my truck, I probably would've gotten the insurance and a lawyer for a lawsuit because this person should not be driving at all, let alone a huge delivery truck.
