I ordered car parts, tracking says deliviered but i got nothing. Fedex cant tell me where it was deliverd or help me at all. Apperently its not there problem so ill never use fedex again crooked company
My fedex guy just got out of his truck and ran up my steep front yard dropped package and sprinted back down and grabbed another package and sprinted across the street with another steep front yard to jog up to. He was in his truck and heading up the road before I could tell him I was amazed watching him! He probably saved a lot of time doing that.
Good place to go to if you have the time usually you can do it online
Shipped my son's pc from college in Florida without damage. I worked on it, and then I sent it back to him. He was able to pick it up at a nearby pickup location. My only complaint is that when I shipped it back, they wanted to charge me more to ship it back to the same place it came from? That didn't make much sense to me. Buy your shipping label before you get inside the store. It'll save you money!
