I was told by a friend to go to FedEx OnSite to return my item because it's close to home and the staff is always friendly. I was there in the afternoon to return my item to Walmart and it was easy with the staff named Down. She was very nice, patient and helpful because my English is not good. It was great because Down did amazing job!
I had an issue with a package not being delivered. When I called they were very helpful, explained what happened and corrected the issue.
