I’m not complaining about the service as much as the drivers. The drivers need to have body cams on them due to the fact of the handling of the packaging and how they just toss the packages on the porch and how they drive like a race car through a neighborhood. If you would like to see how our delivery driver drove and tossed our package on our doorstep today at 11am 6-4-26. I have cameras recording at all angles. It’s ridiculous. In Illinois at that

Awful customer service. I live in Indiana, get ex shipped two packages to Elsah Illinois instead of New Richmond Indiana. I have proof that both Amazon and the seller have the correct address. The mistake is fed ex. Now they refuse to pick up the packages and get them to me. The lady that has them has called the police cuz fed ex won't pick them up. But fed ex says unrecoverable, sorry for you. Over 500.00 and they expect me to eat that. Don't use fed ex. They'll lose you stuff, blame everyone else and do nothing
