The employee helped me bring in a very large and heavy package and scanned gave me. The receipt was very helpful.
The worst delivery drivers. They left my $1200 package at the road, 150 ft from the house, for whatever reason. This isn’t the first time. Customer service never answers and never calls back.
Unfortunately, A extreme bad service! My packages were delivered to my neighbor just because we have same number of address but has different street name. This happened 4 times. It happened again today despite we reported couple times. My husband went to local lake Orion FedEx site to let them know the problem as well. I don’t how can we get this corrected. Had a $500 package that was supposed to be delivered to my door. The delivery driver never knocked or rang the doorbell just walked up with a sticker and left with my package. Routed it to a pickup center and it wasnt delivered in the time frame. Absolutely terrible service
