Drivers are incompetent. 3 days they “attempted” to deliver my package. I was home and waiting. I called the first two days where they told me they would put in notes for the driver to use the call box (only way to notify me they were there) and on the third day I watched them pull up, take a picture of the building and leave. Never even attempting. I had two notes posted on the inside door about how to use the call box. Absolutely ridiculous. The lady at the counter was very patient and kind.
They were very helpful, human, professional. And did a great job.
The girl on the cashier had a really bad attitude with us, bad customer service, we were trying to send a package true FedEx and get some help but was difficult deal with her
