Terrible
My package was stolen. They say it went "missing". They offered no next steps, no way to make it right, nothing. Crooks.
I write this complaint about an employee of Walgreen who is responsible for Fedex Onsite service. I usually drop labelled boxes here and never had any issue before but today (6/6/2025) around 3:05 pm, I brought a box to the service desk. A female employee saw my box and said that "it is heavy and Fedex don't carry it" but the box is not overweight at all and I follow the Fedex instruction about the weight limit.
