Fed-ex needs to pull from this location, the scanner is conveniently “not working” every time I’ve gone and they are not going to be getting packages from me without scanning them as proof of my drop off. Horrible service and had to wait several minutes to be told that cause the cashier who was right there and saw me said nothing nor called anyone to help me just asked a worker that casually passed by to “see what I want”. Very suspicious that the scanner is never working as they say but expect you to leave packages there.
