This Fed-Ex location has the most inexperienced and negligent employees in Rockford. I took two packages that I was returning and had the employer scan the QR code. He said the QR code didn't work and asked for a RNA number, which I provided, and said the return was completed. A week later I checked to see if I got refunded for the return, and it turns out that the FedEx employee never created a label for my package so my package is lost.
