Terrible service! I came during regular working hours to print a document, and the FedEx employee he is name Jiesi was extremely rude and unwilling to assist.
FedEx OnSite wasn't able to take my label-free return even though they are listed as a drop-off location. No one was attending the FedEx counter. Very unorganized.
Hours are incorrect. Only accepts fedex package drop offs on business days.
This Fed ex doesn’t have packing tape or shipping labels, and doesn’t have shipping boxes either. Bad customer service
