I came in around 130, 07.16.25 with a big project; I have an important document being made by Osiel, and I was inspired to comment. Excellent customer service. Check. Knowledgeable about an admittedly strange request. Check. Quickly and efficiently? Check as well. The guy is a champ, and that’s why I’m giving him a shout out. That O-S-I-E-L, and Osiel is the man. I’m not saying he needs to be CEO, but I’m also not not saying that. That is all.
