I would drop a zero star if I could. Had a ton of packages to drop off, but was told they were too heavy and too big (size). After a couple months, I decided to look at the requirements on the location's page via FedEx's website, and turns out they lied. All packages were under the weight and size limit, but the store manager insisted back then that they couldn't take them. Do not use. They stole a laptop dropped off with them by UPS.
