Was able to get my package shipped with little to no fuss. The lady that helped me was kind and helpful. She helped me with their process of receipts via text message... almost immediately started receiving updates on package status.
Lady said she couldn't give me a tender receipt and could only send me something by phone. I send Fedex packets that have sensitive information in them for my job. I can't just leave them somewhere without proof of receipt. I won't be using this facility for Fedex services. Who doesn't give a receipt? Sounds shady.
Had a prepaid drop off. Was quick and painless.
