Their customer service is the worst! The place was not crowded they looked like they had adequate staff. I asked for help with some documents that I needed to get out in a hurry. I wasn't familiar with their operation, I needed assistance I and didn't get it. They referred me to an email on a card for help along with 2 seconds instructions. I left out with out getting my work done. The staff had absolutely no eye contact with me. Who hired these drones???
