Service was professional. Package arrived as promised. Only complaint was I did not have my ID (as it was left on a cruise ship by accident). I went home (30 minutes drive) to obtain my passport. I returned and same person was behind the desk. I pulled out my passport and he did Not even ask to see it! I drove an extra hour just to have him not even look at it. And a good thing too! As I had actually grabbed my old expired one rather than my current one!!
FedEx delivered my package to the wrong address, despite me catching this online and requesting for it to be held at one of their partner locations. They have continued to make excuses or direct me to the company I ordered the product through, even though it was their mistake. I absolutely hate using this company and try to avoid them when I can.
