A "Brandon" was supposed to be manning the FedEx department. Despite repeated calls on intercom - he was indisposed in the back. He finally came up. Dropping off pacjage took less than ten seconds. No apology or reason given for the delay. The store needs to either cross train it's staff or keep it's FedEx counter manned.
