If you are the receiver of a package, with the tracking number, you should ALSO BE ABLE TO GET INFORMATION about where a package is going. My package tracking number has "two deliveries" (which is impossible) and appears to have gone to Jacksonville instead of Niceville. I can't get anyone to give information about whether it was re-routed or what has happened. This package contains necessary medical supplies.
